In-person sessions: Held in my comfortable therapy room at Basing View, Basingstoke, conveniently located near the M3, A339, A340, and within walking distance of the town centre.

Sessions can also be arranged in Odiham or Alton, ask me for further information.

Online or telephone sessions: Accessible from anywhere in the UK, providing flexibility and convenience for your busy schedule.

All sessions last 50 minutes (except outdoor therapy) and are priced at £55 per session.

Additionally, I offer unique outdoor walk and talk sessions for those who prefer to work outside.

Outdoor sessions last 1 hour and cost £55. Please note: the initial session for outdoor therapy will take place online to discuss logistics and ensure it's the right fit for you.
